Welcome back to Advent Next a theological podcast curated for curious faith discussions. Today our guest is Kaleb Eisele, he is the Founder of Humans of Adventism and Oregon Adventist Stories along with being the Script editor for the “I’m Listening” podcast with Justin Khoe. This week, we are exploring the inspiration behind Humans of Adventism and the lost art of listening to their life stories of others and sharing our own journey, the beautiful messes and the discouraging despairs, in a way that affirms our common humanity. How do we create a space for meaningful human connection? We filmed this particular segment before our current quarantine, which has only proved to be more relevant today as our worlds have slowed down and we find time to make space to learn and grow from each other. Before we get started, we want to thank the Adventist Learning Community for making this program possible. If you’re not already following us on Facebook, Instagram or Youtube, be sure to find us at the handle @adventnext.
